The Last Course

Breaking Down If You Should Watch The Nearly 3 Hour ‘Last Course’ Movie

The controversial new gay porn studio Disruptive Films has officially dropped all three parts to The Last Course, its first official full-length feature film. The plot-heavy movie clocks in at just under three hours and features an extremely large cast of A-list porn performers, but the big question still lingers: Is it worth the watch?

Well, we’re not exactly sure yet, but we are going to help everyone answer that question for themselves as we break down all three acts of this movie over the next week or so. For this post, I’m going to focus on telling you everything we know about the first act/the first hour of The Last Course. As the week goes on, I’ll be back to tell you more about this dauntingly long film and hopefully help you decide if you should spend an afternoon watching the film.

So let this be a warning: SPOILERS AHEAD. I won’t be ruining the entire movie, but there will be some small spoilers about the general plot and who fucks who throughout the movie. Take a look below at all the major points of the film and be sure to watch all three acts to The Last Course right now over on Disruptive Films.

Going over the film’s basic plot:

If the plot for The Last Course is one thing, it’s weird. It centers around multiple strangers arriving at a mysterious dinner party where no one knows who the host is or why they were invited. We then see many other guests arrive and piece together that the common thread between all of them is that they’ve all had sex with the same person. We don’t learn much beyond that and the first act ultimately leaves us on a large cliffhanger with many, many questions still needing to be answered.

Who’s in it:

With stars like Brandon Anderson, Cameron Dalile, Chris Damned, Dakota Payne, Dante Colle, Jim Fit, Johnny Ford, Johnny Hunter, Lance Hart, Michael Boston, Michael Del Ray, and Trevor Harris, this film boasts a very large cast of talented actors. Unfortunately, like every other project we’ve seen from Disruptive Films, the cast also features an extremely noticeable absence of actors of color.

The studio drew immediate criticism (see our comment section) when it launched last month without a single scene that starred a person of color and we’re sure this movie isn’t going to help its case at all. Hopefully, the studio pulls its head out of its ass by the time they start planning the next full-length film and actually throws some diversity into its hiring practices.

How much actual porn is in this hour-long runtime:

How much porn can you fit into a 60-minute first act? Well, it looks like director Bree Mills managed to fit two different hardcore situations in there. One scene is a very long bareback fuck session between young twinks Trevor Harris and Johnny Hunter and another is an oral exchange starring Chris Damned and Dakota Payne.

All in all, the two cum scenes take up a large majority of the runtime in this plot-heavy porno. There’s still a significant amount of exposition and dialouge being spit out before and after the fucking, but in case you were worried that this movie would be mostly plot, rest assured that the hardcore sex between castmates is definitely the main focus of this project.

Slow and steady wins the race:

Speaking of the film’s sex and its runtime! Once you start watching this first act, you’ll quickly realize why this movie is almost three hours and split into three different parts. The sex scenes are long! In the first sex scene, it takes seven whole minutes before someone even pulls out their cock.

This obviously is only a problem if you’re the type of person that only watches straightforward sex scenes where all the performers do is pump and dump. If you’re someone that enjoys when scenes are somewhat realistic, slow, and slightly sensual, then you’ll probably eat this shit up.

And the Oscar goes to:

Is the acting in this film revolutionary and going to change the world? No. Are you going to leave here thinking that certain porn actors are some of the greatest acting talents in the universe? Probably not. Does Dakota Payne give a 10/10 performance as an insane party queen in this movie? Absolutely yes.

I have yet to watch any of the other acts in this film, but here’s hoping that Dakota is heavily featured in them. When his character is introduced into Act I, he comes in like a breath of fresh air while adding a considerable amount of comedic relief and levity to the scene. This is officially a Dakota Payne stan blog and we severely pray he gets some time to shine in other parts of this movie.

What Dink thinks:

One stand-out feature on the Disruptive Films site is its comment section. Yes, a lot of porn studios have comment sections on their sites, but rarely do you seen comment sections where the film’s director is directly replying to basically every comment.

One standout comments that director Bree recently responded to was from Active Duty creator and director Dink Flamingo. For the most part, Dink really only had positive things to say about the studio, the film, and the quality of production. While he did say that he may have preferred if these scenes were split up into smaller episodes, he ultimately praised the film and stated that “it is also obvious with each release a stronger, more confident, better-acquainted team is building in the background.”

Now that we’ve told you about this film, are you interested in watching? Have you already watched? What did you think? 1. Several problems with this film: director Bree with her notorious lack of POC in the cast, the trinity of superexposeds (Dakota Payne, Dante Colle and Michael DelRay) and Hart who has zero artistic talent (nothing against the transition, however). Only Johnny Ford, Jim Fit, Michael Boston and Chris Damned, beautiful, friendly and humble, are saved. This studio has already got off to a bad start because director Bree seems to have chosen Dante Colle and Michael DelRay as her “darlings”, given their frequent casting as protagonists, which is quite unprofessional. The French are said to be obnoxious, but Chris Damned easily beats Colle and DelRay for sympathy and humility. Colle always with eternal face of boredom and DelRay with his permanent blasé attitude, as if other people were rubbish around him.

    1. Man. I love Dante Colle but during the last scene even though that was supposed to be part of his character. He did seem bored towards the end. Dakota Payne is okay as well. Good performer but I wish they would have more versatility within him. And Disruptive films is starting to get a lil more diverse, I also mean not always casting Adrian Hart. There are more Poc actors to choose from.

  2. This shit is lame and why are we seeing the same damn weirdos in every single studio. Ugh. BTW, where’s the gay performers??? Oh only one. Next please. This is nothing more than basic ass white, everything but gay models performing the same bland sex. This ain’t creative or revolutionary.

  3. When I first read about this studio, I thought, “Great. The industry could use some new blood and perspective.” How wrong I was. These guys have been seen a thousand times before working for other studios. No “new” news here. Boring.

      1. Couldn’t agree more! However wish Brandon as actually in a sex scene! Miss that non-tanned big booty… yum!

It’s always funny when people need to add in the colour if you noticed Jim Fit is half asian. Besides that they are actors, they have no race, sexual orientation and what not,

    1. Hot guys, yes. But more of the same: plot, regular sex and tops never ever get off with the bottoms, but pull out and jack off, which is so disruptive and lacking in any connectedness with their partner. Breeding ass is so sexy but never seen in most studios including this new one.

  4. What in the whiteness is this. Remember all that BLM talk last year and claiming to be more inclusive. Guess it was all empty promises. Such a disappointment of a studio.

  5. Spoiling the movie? Oh please. You can’t spoil something like this. Poorly delivered cheesy lines, interrupted by heavily staged fuck/suck sessions. Lots of cheap suits, of which some might get ripped apart. And at least one instance of someone fucking on a pool table. There, I just summed up the entire 3 hour movie for you.

  6. It looks ambitious! And the older I get I more appreciate the effort studios put into their storytelling. Foreplay’s a thing for a reason.

  7. Spoiler Alert: Johnny Ford kills them all at the end of the “movie,” as it’s required of him to enter into some kind of cult run by his butlers. Makes absolutely no sense, and is a complete waste of time. Awful script, awful direction, yet totally hilarious that Gamma wasted money on this crap, lol.

    1. Oh, and given that Dink Flamingo is now just another Gamma employee, why would anyone care about his absurd praise for this nonsense? That’s like Raging Stallion’s Steve Cruz leaving a glowing review for a NakedSword movie directed by Marc MacNamara. Who give a shit.

    2. Ok well he did not kill them as lance harts character said “when they wake up they will no longer be men” also you clearly do not respect the work that goes into making plot based storylines. This is my new favourite studio and no studio does this better than disruptive with bree and walden. Why do the gays have to be so horrible when people wanna try something new. This is why we can’t have nice things

      1. Um, maybe because we’re fed up with the same cabal of gay for pay performers who give only lackluster performances? One actor, in the entire lot, that identifies as gay and they have the nerve to pass this crapfest off as gay porn?

        1. Then if that’s the case, why do you watch it. Obiviously you know some of these actors stage names? If you don’t like them or clearly don’t like what they are promoting, then why watch it? Go to Lucas Entertainment, they really don’t have story lines, mostly casting and some Q&A, but mostly fucking.

      2. Than maybe lesbian Bree should DO BETTER! And hire an actual diverse cast. I had hopes for this studio since I’m a fan of pure taboo, but fuck an all white cast?! Really Bree this is the best you could do?! DO BETTER. I for one was gonna get a subscription but when I see it was all white men I said never mind Ill spend my money on a studio that isn’t hiring all clones

    3. Concerned porn watcher

So Johnny Ford kills them all at the end means I won’t be watching. Was dumb enough to buy Titan’s Men Focus and Re-Focus will not make that mistake again.

Killing everyone at the end is problematic…if can make seem as if they’re saying all them deserved to die because they slutty gays who slept around. I hope this movie doesn’t do that. But I’m not taking the chance that it dows.

    4. Ugh I hate to say it. I left asking so many questions. Like I don’t Even want to see a part two. I subscribed to this site cause I like the story but they’re using too many of the same ones and tired ass plots from other “taboo” sites. It took me a while to finally watch. But I’m glad? I did. But what a disappointment for an ending. Also how was young James cut but Older james isn’t?
