If you’re a sports gay that reads this blog, then you’ve probably been feasting recently. We’ve been talking all about the Olympics and the NFL over the past few days, but now it’s time to hit the brakes on that sports talk and get into one of the potentially gayer aspects of the athletic world – the Super Bowl Halftime Show.
This year’s big intermission concert is set to be put on by a slew of established artists like Eminem, Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg, Kendrick Lamar, and walking icon Mary J. Blige. While we don’t really know what any of these legends are planning to do during the actual show, based on a recent press event featuring Snoop, Dre, and Mary, we do have some idea of what they’re not going to do.
When asked if there were going to be any special surprises during the set, Dre confirmed that there would be some unexpected happenings, but Snoop was quick to clarify that there were going to be absolutely zero “wardrobe malfunctions” during the show. It’s then that Dre made an… interesting joke about some of the artists wanting to expose their cocks on stage.
“I had to talk Snoop and Eminem out of pulling their penises out,” Dre quipped to the crowd. “It’s just actually Eminem.”
So there you have it! Thanks to Dr. Dre, there are going to be absolutely zero dick slips happening during this oversized Halftime Show, which is a shame, because as someone who isn’t too thrilled to see this show (They need to bring back Beyoncé or Katy Perry. I said what I said.), a random cameo from some celebrity cock would definitely grab our attention!
We’re not the only ones a little bummed by this Halftime lineup though. During the most recent episode of the Discretion Advised podcast, hosts Marc MacNamara and John Hill expressed some slight boredom with the lineup and said that they’re really only pumped to see Mary J. Well, IMO, if I wanted to see some “celebrity cock” during the Superbowl Halftime Show, I’d vote for John Cena and Alan Ritchson (new lead in “Reacher”)…mmmm, “hunks o’ man,” to be sure!!!
