Have you seen a video going around that shows CNN anchor John King interacting with a Pornhub banner that popped up on his fancy TV screen? Well, we hate to break it to you, but it’s a fake video.
Someone digitally altered an actual CNN broadcast to make it look like King had to swipe away an unwanted Pornhub banner on live TV. Since being published last night, the video has gained over 8 million views and been retweeted by idiots like Piers Morgan.
To be honest, the Pornhub banner that’s added in doesn’t even look like that convincing of an edit. I would even say that this video is obviously edited and I’m shocked that anyone believed this was real. I understand people that retweet this video because it’s funny, but what kind of brain worms do you have to have to assume this is real?

Apparently enough people interacted with the tweet that Snopes felt the need to publish an article telling everyone it’s a fake. Twitter even marked the video as “manipulated media” on their site.
And in case you’re wondering, John King doesn’t seem to be a fan of the video. When someone tweeted that they couldn’t figure out if the video was real, the CNN personality set the record straight.
“Not. Some clown taking time away from lying about something else apparently because they don’t like math,” King tweeted.
