Gay-for-pay NextDoorBuddies model Brandon Bronco is taking a break from Twitter after insinuating that he was being made to perform “sexual favors” in exchange for getting work.
Bronco posted the offending tweet yesterday, and then subsequently deleted it after Str8UpGayPorn screencapped it. The insinuation made in his rhetorical question (“Why should I have to return sexual favors for scenes?”) is that he’s being made to jump through certain hoops by NextDoor after he publicly quit shooting with the company last November in solidarity with fellow model Slate Steele, who allegedly was fired after refusing to kiss another guy on screen.
Bronco must have gotten some angry messages from his sometime employer, because he then posted this today.

That seems like a pretty fireable offense in an industry where your job is to perform various sex acts on someone else on camera. Obviously if he’s being forced to do this off camera to get work then that’s a separate issue.
More importantly, how can you both QUIT YOUR JOB and then SLAG YOUR EMPLOYER ON SOCIAL MEDIA and then be incensed that you’re not getting work from them?

Huge difference between and job requirement and an alleged demand for sexual favours to actually receive paid employment.
The first is a contractual agreement (in whatever form) or understanding of the nature of tasks/work required, and if the employee/contractor goes contrary to that, well they can be fired.
Requesting sexual favours in order to be given employment is harassment, is illegal, immoral etc etc.
This would be the case for ANY form of employment, whether the job requires sex to be performed or not.
However in 2014 performing for an all-male (I’ll use the 80’s VHS term) porn site pretty much means you have to perform a range of intimate acts, otherwise don’t waste anyone’s time.
